More critically, the user journey was a dead end; visitors could see projects but had no clear, compelling path to express interest, leading to a leaky sales funnel and countless lost opportunities from qualified, high-intent traffic.
Our Solution: We approached this as a conversion-optimization project. Our design team created a sophisticated and modern UI that mirrored the high-end aesthetic of the properties. We meticulously mapped the buyer's journey, designing a seamless flow from the homepage, through project exploration with interactive galleries and floor plans, to strategically placed lead capture forms. These forms for 'Schedule a Visit' and 'Download Brochure' were simplified to reduce friction and are prominently displayed at key decision-making moments, ensuring that user interest is always converted into a measurable, actionable lead for the sales team.
