The Story
The Challenge: The clinic serves a wide demographic, including elderly patients and those in Tier-2/3 cities with inconsistent internet access. Their old website was bloated and slow, creating a frustrating barrier for the very people they needed to serve most. It was not accessible for users with disabilities and performed poorly on low-end mobile devices, effectively excluding a large segment of their potential patient base.
Our Solution: We adopted a 'performance-first' and 'accessibility-first' mandate. The design is intentionally minimalist, stripping away all non-essential elements to focus on core functionality: finding information and booking an appointment. We rigorously optimized every image, script, and stylesheet, achieving near-instant load times even on slow networks. The site was built to exceed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, with proper semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and high-contrast text. This isn't just a website; it's a public utility designed for inclusivity and reliability.
